Upper Brandberg, Namibia - June 2012
Immediately after the helicopter supported trip of early June - Upper Brandberg, Namibia, May/June 2012 - the Brandberg was revisited for a nine day trekking expedition, allowing further exploration of areas and rock art sites not previously visited. Although a trekking expedition, a helicopter was arranged to drop off supplies along the route. The terrain was varied, and the treks arduous, but many spectacular rock art sites, such as Western Amis, Numas valley, Falls Rock, Ga'aseb Gorge and Orabeskopf, were visited and discovered.
