Central Tassili N'Ajjer, South Algeria - October 2012
This expedition was planned as a follow-up to the October 2011 trip to Tassili N'Ajjer, on the plateau above Djanet. It involved revisiting the most spectacular rock art sites as well as exploring new areas of the Tassili. Having picked up supplies, the team drove to Iherir where they took a guide and donkeys for a 7 day trek on the Tadjelahin plateau. The campsites, carefully chosen by Ibrahim, varied according to the terrain. One of the main rock art sites visited was Tin Abenhar.
